STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What Buffalo asks us.

No scare tactics, no fine print. If your question isn't here, call or send the form and ask us directly.

STORM DAMAGE?

Skip the reading. Call (716) 601-8275 and we'll talk you through it right now.

Are you insured?

Yes. General liability and workers' comp, and we will show you the certificate before work starts. Never hire a tree crew that won't.

Do I pay anything up front?

No. You pay when the job is done and the yard is clean. Card, check, or cash.

What does it cost?

Every tree is different, so we quote each job in writing after a free look. The estimate is the price. No surprise charges.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. Card, check, or cash, whatever's easiest for you, and always after the work is done.

Do you clean up?

Everything. Limbs hauled, sawdust raked, lawn respected. If it looks like we were never there, we did it right.

A storm just dropped a limb. Now what?

Call us first, before it gets worse. We handle down limbs, hangers, and trees on structures, and we can document the damage for your insurance company.

How fast can you come out?

Estimates usually happen within a couple of days. Storm emergencies jump the line, so call for those instead of waiting on the form.

When is the best time to prune?

For most trees, late winter, while they're dormant. Dead or dangerous limbs are the exception: those should come off whenever you spot them. Ask us about your specific tree and we'll give it to you straight.

Do I need to be home for the work?

Not unless you want to be. Most estimates and jobs run fine as long as we can reach the tree and reach you by phone.

STILL WONDERING

Ask us about your tree.

The free estimate is also a free conversation. Tell us what's going on and we'll tell you what it needs.
